We strive to ship all orders within 10 business days of receiving them. If you have pre-ordered an item, the expected ship date will be clearly stated in the product description. Please note that once we hand over the package we are no longer in control of the package. However, we provide a tracking number so that you can track your package and stay informed on delivery status.

All Custom items are non-refundable. This includes any item that is personalized or requested to be different in any way.

For all other items, we have a 10 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the return policy. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in it's original condition. If it is in its original condition we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
